Intermediate Programmer Analyst

Job description

We are looking for an application developer to join our team to develop and maintain solutions for our clients.  Our developer will work closely with the project lead to understand business and technical requirements, and assist in developing efficient, reliable and robust code.

  • Develop enhancements to Ryznware™ Loan and Lease software
  • Able to design and develop efficient, reliable and robust code
  • Effectively contribute to the specification, design, build and test phases of development
  • Has strong analytical, problem solving skills and critical thinking
  • Can work effectively within an expected timeline and budget
  • Able to assess user requirements and their impact to meeting client objectives
  • Agile approach to development
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, responsible and dependable

Skills

  • SQL server
  • Object-oriented programming
  • .Net Core, Razor, Java, C##
  • Visual Studio
  • Experience with integration to external applications/systems
  • Experience with financial and/or business applications considered an asset

Requirements

  • University or College Degree in Computer Science/Technology or equivalent
  • Three to five years as an applications programmer analyst knowledgeable and proficient in the above skill set, preferably in the private sector

Enterprise Software Business Consultant

Job description

We are looking for a seasoned business consultant to join our team to work with new prospects as well as to implement successful solution strategies. The consultant will assume the role of business consultant as well as project lead and work directly with both prospects and clients to understand their business requirements while managing the software project during and after the implementation phase. The consultant will be responsible for all communications and services provided to both prospects and clients and will be the key person to establish an excellent business relationship and collaborate with the prospect or client on an ongoing basis.

  • Take part in initial consultative sales calls and meetings with new prospects
  • Perform software demonstrations for new prospects
  • Determine the client’s business requirements and product fit
  • Conduct needs analysis studies and be able to prepare a comprehensive report and proposal
  • Identify new enhancements and/or new functionality to the Ryznware™ Loan and Lease software suite
  • Ability to effectively communicate program changes and/or enhancements to development team
  • Manage an implementation project including configuration, conversion, training and all related services
  • Be accountable for each client project and relationship
