Intermediate Programmer Analyst
We are looking for an intermediate application developer to join our team to enhance and/or develop tailored solutions for our clients. Our developer will work closely with the project lead to understand business and technical requirements, and assist in developing efficient, reliable and robust code.
✓ Develop enhancements to and/or add new functionality to Ryznware™ Loan and Lease software suite
✓ Able to design and develop efficient, reliable and robust code
✓ Effectively contribute to the specification, design, build and test phases of development

✓ University Degree in Computer Science/Technology
✓ Two to four years as an applications programmer analyst, preferably in the private sector
We are looking for a seasoned business consultant to join our team to help identify new prospects as well as to implement successful solution strategies. The consultant will assume the role of business consultant as well as project lead and work directly with both prospects and clients to understand their business requirements while managing the software project during and after the implementation phase. The consultant will be responsible for all communications and services provided to both prospects and clients and will be the key person to establish an excellent business relationship and collaborate with the prospect or client on an ongoing basis.
✓ Take part in initial consultative sales calls and meetings with new prospects
✓ Assist with new prospect activities such as conferences, round table discussions, etc.
✓ Perform software demonstrations for new prospects
✓ Determine the client’s business requirements and product fit
✓ Conduct needs analysis studies and be able to prepare a comprehensive report and proposal
✓ Identify new enhancements and/or new functionality to the Ryznware™ Loan and Lease software suite
✓ Ability to effectively communicate program changes and/or enhancements to development team
✓ Manage an implementation project including configuration, conversion, training and all related services
