Senior Programmer Analyst

Job description

We are looking for a senior application developer to join our team to enhance and/or develop tailored solutions for our clients. Our developer will work closely with the project lead to understand business and technical requirements, and lead the effort in developing efficient, reliable and robust code.

Responsibilities

✓ Develop enhancements to and/or add new functionality to the Ryznware™ Loan and Lease software suite
✓ Lead, mentor and manage a team of programmers
✓ Design and develop efficient, reliable and robust code
✓ Effectively contribute to the specification, design, build and test phases of development
✓ Have strong analytical, problem solving skills and critical thinking
✓ Can work effectively within an expected timeline and budget
✓ Able to assess user requirements and their impact to meeting client objectives
✓ Understands Agile approach to development
✓ Team player and proven leader

Skills and Experience

✓ Proficient with Microsoft® SQL server
✓ Experience with Microsoft® Technology Stack architecture
✓ Experience with Object-oriented programming
✓ Experience with software conversion projects
✓ Experience with document, email automation
✓ Experience with integration to external applications/systems (Accounting, Bank, Credit Bureau, Other Services)
✓ Experience with financial or at minimum business ERP application

Requirements

✓ University Degree in Computer Science/Technology
✓ Ten plus years as a lead applications programmer/analyst, preferably in the private sector

Enterprise Software Sales Representative

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Enterprise Software Sales representative.  The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance in the assigned financial services sector, ensuring excellence in the execution of the sales process from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

✓ Identify and pursue opportunities in the assigned market sector
✓ Effectively manage the sales process to nurture and convert prospects to customers
✓ Conduct comprehensive software demonstrations and presentations
✓ Work cooperatively with Management to share market insights and feedback obtained from prospects
✓ Attend industry trade show events as required
✓ Complement sales activities with social media interaction
✓ Perform administrative duties to report on sales related activities using CRM software
✓ Attend weekly conference calls to update product knowledge, share success stories and review
     selling strategies and alternative sales approaches

Skills and Experience

✓ Proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions
✓ Knowledge with vertical markets
✓ Have a passion and drive in ensuring sales targets are reached within a designated period
✓ Possess excellent oral and written communication skills for prospect interaction
✓ Be innovative in finding new prospect approaches and avenues
✓ Identify potential software improvements and/or opportunities
✓ Team player
